Biography |
Mr. Titus grew up in Syracuse, NY. As a youth, he was an active member of scouts, earning the rank of Eagle Scout in 1998. He is now a full time teacher in Rochester, NY. He has three young children who are too young to enter the scouting movement at the moment, but he eagerly awaits when they can join a pack of their own. |
